To ensure the best in quality and service for our clients, all subcontractors must complete a pre-approval process, which includes:
- Assessment of skills, knowledge, previous experience, and their ability to work with us in respect to our Quality, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
- A pre-construction interview before any contracts are awarded. The subcontractor’s performance is reviewed by management and if they meet the required standard their status is upgraded from “provisional” to “approved.”
- A review of safe working methods and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
In addition, Safe Work Observations are carried out during the construction process.
